Jamie, Pete and Angus: Drinking chocolate milk at church…
Sometimes when we set up church on Saturdays, I resort to bribing the boys to sit still by giving them chocolate milk and sultana buns. And it works. Every time. At least they’re getting their calcium, right?

Nothing wrong with some chocolate milk! A special treat on Saturdays sounds like the perfect thing for the wee ones.

Nothing wrong with some milk and a sultana bun- it’s what memories are made of! x
If it works it works! I resort to bribery for sitting still too, it’s a long time for little ones! I love the light in the photos and the moment captured!

Ah! this reminds me of my childhood after sunday school a stop off at the local store for strawberry milk and salt and vinegar chips! ( I always begged for a coke tho!)
Boys have so much energy!
What church do you go to? Is it in Sydney?
They all look very close in age! Well done!
RIGHT!!! nothing wrong with a little gentle persuading.xxx My kids have grown through the same trials of being early to set up church…now they beg us to be early. xx
That’s awesome, Bron!

Beautiful as always.
Such a beautiful image. This belongs in a frame.
I remember being bribed when the parents were doing church things. A little bag of mixed lollies (20 or 50 cents then went a long way).

Thanks Milina, and I appreciate you stopping by here.

What sweet boys you have Ronnie. And the light in this image is really quite dramatic and a wonderful contrast to the sweet scene .

Awww…your boys are cuties!
Absolutely! I offer chocolate milk as a “positive incentive” to make it through a grocery run unscathed. Though my child think’s chocolate milk is called “special treat” Ha.
I admire the lighting in this one, and your B+W conversion.
how cute! love this shot Ronnie. xo
