…I am embarking on a bit of summer cleansing, swapping ice-cream for fruit and natural yoghurt, and processed cereals for porridge with a dash of honey. We are still heading down to the beach for sunset picnics. My tummy continues to grow and expand, whilst Edward continues to kick, wriggle and punch. I have started doing prenatal yoga at home, in an attempt to better manage my pelvic discomfort. Daily routines have been re-established, and I’m making an effort to get to bed earlier. I’m even taking naps when the boys nap. Despite my growing pains, I’m feeling refreshed and energised. I’m excited about wrapping up some of my personal projects, and I can’t wait for our upcoming holiday…

Sounds like you’re in a beautiful place. So lovely to read that you’re nurturing and nourishing yourself. Prenatal yoga kept me centred throughout both my pregnancies. Enjoy these days Ronnie xx

I love the seound of your refreshed diet, I have been doing just the opposite and think it is time for New Year cleanse!
I’m not doing a total cleanse, just making small changes here and there, but psychologically, it feels great to know I’m being just a tad healthier.
