Angus, Pete and Jamie: Just another day in the bath together…
I have a confession to make. This portrait was not taken this week, but towards the end of December. I feel rather terrible with this. Unfortunately, I caught whatever virus the boys had earlier in the week, hence my failure to capture a decent portrait shot these last few days. What this has helped me to work out, however, is that my 52 portraits will probably be ones of all the boys together – whether by themselves, or with someone else. I think this will be a lovely challenge for myself, as it’s not always easy photographing the three of them in the one frame, but whenever I do manage it, I feel pretty chuffed.
Brothers. That’s something special.

My Grandmother has some similar shots taken of her three children, and 50 odd years later they still adorn her walls.

The cool part about these personal projects… YOU set the rules. So who cares if it wasn’t from this week, it’s still cute as can be. :)
I can’t imagine the struggle of getting all those boys together at the SAME time for a picture. I’ve photographed children for years now.. and just ONE can be a handle-full, lol.
