We spent a lot of time playing outside in the holidays, basking in the warm air and savouring every moment of being together as a family. The golden hour seemed even more golden than usual. Here, Jamie had just woken up from his nap. I had actually been attempting to nap outdoors myself, hence the cosy deck chair and blanket. As for the bananas… well, that was afternoon tea. What can I say – sometimes, simple is best.

It must be getting warmer if you’re able to nap outside. That means more outdoor time!
Oh yes, lots more time outdoors… can’t wait!

Gorgeous light! My fave time of day also, it is when I wake up to the sound of my little ones coming home from school and pre-school :)
That’s so sweet Martha, and I’m so glad you came by here too. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment.

Beautiful images Ronnie. I just love napping outside, there is something incredibly relaxing and special about it. x

Your Golden Hour posts always makes me smile. :) You guys always seem to have such perfect fun… and what I adore about it is that your golden hour is more about spending time with one another rather than fancy trips.. or crazy overly-thought-out activities. It’s all about family. <3
We’re not that great at coming up with activities, so most of the time, we just hang around. Hopefully as the boys get older there’ll be more stuff that we can do together!
