After a year of abstinence, Rick and mum have finally convinced me to to take a fresh new stab at exercise.
The plan is to go walking around four times a week twice in the mornings and twice in the afternoons after walk.
That’s the plan anyway.
So far, I have succeeded twice in making the afternoon round of walks but not once have I been able to climb out of bed at 7am to go for that rather elusive morning walk.
I’m starting to doubt whether I’m ever going to make it.
